UPCOMING CLASSES
This fall, JIFSAN offered four weeks’ worth of courses on Risk Analysis Overview, Risk Management, Risk Assessment, Risk Communication and Introductory through Advanced Quantitative Risk Analysis. Participants had the option of signing up for as little or as many courses as they preferred during the four weeks.
Students interested in food safety had the opportunity to take part in the new “Introduction to Global Food Law and Regulation” course that started on September 29, 2014. The Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition’s Risk Analysis Program launched the three-day course to educate students on food safety regulations related to the production and importation/exportation of food.
September 29 - October 1, 2014
We thank and congratulate those participants who successfully participated in the Summer 2014 Risk Analysis Program.

Testimonials

" "Lecturers did a remarkable job to avoid difficult jargon and idioms and clarify definitions, and this contributed to improve communication. The JIFSAN Certificate is a rather valuable asset in itself, but it is not only the certificate (that is important). Knowledge and contacts are both excellent."
